FMCSA DataQs & PSP Record Preparation Desk · US Commercial Drivers & Motor Carriers

Terms of Service, Delivery & Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

1. Scope of Service

ClearPSP ("we," "us," or "our") provides commercial trucking compliance analysis and administrative document preparation services for commercial driver’s license (CDL) holders and motor carriers operating in the United States. Specifically, we review DOT roadside inspection reports (Form MCS-63), court dispositions, Police Accident Reports (PAR), and compliance logs to prepare customized Request for Data Review (RDR) briefs, exhibit cover sheets, and step-by-step filing instructions for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) DataQs system.

2. Government Fee & Legal Disclaimer

FMCSA does not charge a government fee to create an account or submit a Request for Data Review at dataqs.fmcsa.dot.gov. ClearPSP is a private compliance and document preparation business and is not affiliated with FMCSA, the US Department of Transportation, or any state law enforcement agency. ClearPSP is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys to practice law, and does not provide courtroom representation.

3. Delivery Policy & Turnaround Time

All prepared RDR packets are delivered electronically via email (PDF and copy-paste text format) within 24 hours of receiving your case details and supporting documents. No physical shipping is required unless requested.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy (100% Viability Guarantee)

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellation or Ineligible Case Refund: If you cancel your order before your prepared RDR packet is delivered, or if our compliance audit determines that your violation or crash does not meet federal or state criteria for a DataQs challenge before you file, we issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
  • Free 14-Day Follow-Up & Reconsideration Support: Because state law enforcement agencies and FMCSA hold sole statutory authority to approve or deny a DataQs request, no service can guarantee how a state analyst will rule. However, if the reviewing state agency requests additional information within 14 days or denies your initial review, we prepare your supplemental response or 30-day Reconsideration brief at no additional charge.
  • How to Request a Refund: Email rio@clearpsp.com or call +1 (773) 869-7828 with your name or Case Reference Code. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
