1. Information We Collect

When you submit a case intake form or order a prepared Request for Data Review (RDR) packet on ClearPSP, we collect only the information necessary to evaluate your DOT roadside inspection or crash record and prepare your packet: your name, email address, phone number, role, USDOT number or CDL state, roadside inspection report details, court disposition outcome, and any supporting documents you send us.

2. Payment Processing

All credit and debit card payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. ClearPSP never stores or has access to your full payment card number or CVV code.

3. How We Use & Protect Your Data

We use your information solely to audit your violation history, draft your FMCSA DataQs Request for Data Review packet, communicate with you regarding your case, and provide customer support. We never sell, rent, or disclose your driver or carrier records to motor carriers, employers, insurance companies, or freight brokers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your case file and supporting documents at any time by emailing rio@clearpsp.com or calling +1 (773) 869-7828.
